Join us Labor Day weekend (Saturday & Sunday, September 4 & 5) to help out and make some money for great charitable organizations. Then stick around for the totally free live music and fabulous fare! All volunteers will receive an official Taste of Madison volunteer t-shirt and a beverage coupon to use at one of our Pepsi booths.

Madison Festivals is to proud to present fundraising opportunities for local charity and non-profit groups. These groups can volunteer to work select jobs at Taste (excluding beverage server positions – see below), and Madison Festivals will make a donation of $8 per hour per person back to your organization.  GROUP SHIFTS - To register for a group shift, please contact louise@madisonfestivals.com. Shifts are available online only after you have been approved as a group leader by a staff member.

To register a 501(c)3 operation for this opportunity, please complete the charity registration form and fax to Louise at 608-276-9780 or mail to:

When we receive your form, your charity will be included in the list of options for volunteers to choose from when they register online. 

Online Volunteer registration is now open!  Then click this link and follow the instructions below to register: 

1. Select Volunteer Registration from the left side menu
2. Complete the registration form (Please note:  You will not be asked to choose a charity affiliation at this time) Each volunteer must complete a registration form.
3. You will be sent an -email where you can confirm your registration.  Once you receive it, log in with your chosen username and password.
4. Choose Events from the left side menu
5. Choose Taste of Madison from the menu
6. Select your shift from the list provided.  If you are working on behalf of a charity, be sure to select your charity from the drop down menu.  Select as many shifts as you would like, making sure to select your charity each time.

Don’t see your charity listed?  Contact Louise at louise@madisonfestivals.com to register your charity.

You will be asked to confirm your shifts using the My Account option on the left menu. Further instructions will follow via email – THANKS FOR VOLUNTEERING!
