Start on Capitol Square on Pinckney St. between E. Wash and Main.

Left on Mifflin – whole road

Left on Carroll – whole road

Right on W. Washington – whole road right side of median

Right on Vilas St. across Park St.

Left on Mills runners on right side of street

Right on Arboretum Dr.

Right on Seminole Hwy – runners on right side in coned lane

Right on Manitou Way runners on right side of median

Right at Nakoma Rd – runners on right side in coned lane

Veer right on Monroe St. Runners on right side of road coned lane

Left on Breese Terrace - Stadium side

Left on University Ave. (Westbound traffic is not allowed on University Ave.) - Runners on right side of road

Right on Walnut St – Runners on left side of road against coned lane

Right on Observatory Dr. using roundabout turn lane – Runners moved to left side of road right away in coned lane to keep lane to Veterinary Hospital open

Right on Charter to University Ave. – in coned lane against traffic

Veer left onto Jennifer St.

Veer left onto bike path. This is at the intersection of Jennifer and Williamson St.

On path to Olin Turville Dr. - Runners cross to right side of road coned lane

Right under John Nolen using first (north) bike path entrance

Bike path to Sayle St.

Veer Right on Sayle St. to Lakeside

Left on Lakeside to Gilson runners with traffic in coned lane

Right on Gilson to S. Shore Dr which becomes W. Shore Dr

Path off of W. Shore across park to driveway at maintenance garage and onto W. Washington

Runners with traffic in coned lane up to Square

Right on Carroll moving to center of street

Left on Main St. finish will be on Capitol side of street.

Finish is located at seam in road at Brocah Pub. Center of brick park benches near bus stop.

Emergency Procedures
Colored flags will be located at each water station and at the finish line area to alert runners to changing course and weather conditions. In cases of emergency, please follow the instructions below. In rare instances, it may be necessary to either close the race course or re-route participants. If this occurs, it is being done for the safety of the participants and volunteers.

Extreme and dangerous conditions or course emergency

Extreme conditions: Participation stopped / Seek   shelter immediately

Course emergency:  Follow directions from public safety officials, race staff and volunteers.
HIGH   Potentially dangerous conditions Slow down / consider stopping.  Timing of the event is stopped and no awards are given after a red flag.  Follow event official instruction.  Medical remains on course and at aid stations.

MODERATE

Less than ideal conditions Slow down / Drink plenty of water

LOW

Good conditions Enjoy the event / Be alert
